Still At It - Quarantine 2020

What a year 2020 is turning out to be. I went into 2020 full on ready to get to my goals. I can blame the Chinese Virus for being stuck, but I know it's just an excuse. Plenty of people have lost weight while on Quarantine - I'm just not one of them. I have dropped the weight that I gained the first few weeks of quarantine while my husband was stuck overseas and I spent hours on the phone trying to get him home. I haven't even seen him yet, although he's now been back a month. I just can't take the chances with my kids' health. But, still working out !! That's a win. And slowly getting back on track - even been cooking a bit more. Need to buckle down and finish it up - that's the plan. 40 more pounds this year - doable, but need to get my head out of my ass and start tracking my food. I read something the other day - you can't out exercise your fork. Wow - mind blowing. Some days I've burned 2,000 calories before 9 a.m. I should be loosing weight like crazy - but I'm not ! Need to rethink everything - and get back on track. 20 more pounds down, and I'll be posting photos of me ... skydiving. Imagine that !
